Support

Help with Arkly: reaching a person, managing the subscription, and getting an account back.

If something looks wrong with your animal, call your vet. Arkly is not a veterinarian and support cannot give medical advice about your pet. Don't wait for an app, and don't wait for an email reply.

Reach a person

Email support@getarkly.com. Include the app version — it is shown at the bottom of the Profile tab — and what you were doing when the problem happened. Screenshots help.

Subscription and billing

Arkly Pro is billed by Apple, so the subscription is managed in your Apple ID rather than in the app: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Arkly, or Profile → Manage subscription inside the app, which opens the same place. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps Pro until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are Apple's to grant — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Getting an account back

Deleting your account starts a 30-day recovery window. Signing back in with the same Apple ID within that window cancels the deletion and restores everything. After the window closes, the data is gone and cannot be recovered — by you or by us.

Signed in on a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple ID and everything is there: pets, records, the daily log, the subscription. Nothing is stored only on the phone.

A reminder did not arrive

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Arkly is allowed, and that Focus modes are not silencing it. Reminders are scheduled in your household's own timezone; if you have moved, the schedule follows the household location in Profile.
